Q1: When will I receive my Certificate of Completion?

Certificates will be available for download and printing once you complete your course. We will also immediately email a copy of your certificate to the provided email address. Emailed and downloaded certificates are always provided at no additional charge.

Q2: How long are the Court-Ordered Classes?

Each course is conducted on (1), (2) or (4) hour level each week. Based on the court, legal and/or employer requirement of hours you should take will determine how many courses you will need to attend. Once registered, you can decide which courses you would like to attend each week to fulfill your requirements. 

Q3: Are there any tests I will need to take?

Depending on which course you select, you may be required to complete a short test. Required tests are always provided at no additional charge. Whether a test is required or taken voluntarily, you will always have multiple attempts to achieve a passing score and your certificate of completion will indicate that you have successfully passed a written knowledge assessment.

Q4: Are your Court-Ordered Classes guaranteed to be Accepted?

Yes, we are very confident in the quality and acceptance of our programs. If for any reason our certificate is not accepted for a legal or employment requirement, we will refund your money in full with written proof of decline.

Q5: Will I receive proof of enrollment in the Court-Ordered Classes?

Yes. Proof of enrollment will be emailed to you at no additional charge upon successful enrollment in any of our courses.

Q6: What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Zelle.

Q7: How do you know where to send my certificate of completion?

During enrollment, we will ask for your personal email address as well as that of your employer, attorney, legal professional, judge, caseworker, probation officer, counselor, or other party that is requiring that you complete a Court-Ordered Class.

Q8: Are the Court-Ordered Classes available in Spanish or any other language?

Yes, selected courses are led by a live instructor who is certified and speaks the Spanish language fluently.
